It was very positive. Aside from the fact that they showed up and helped me put a tarp on the roof, they were just pleasant and completely wonderful the whole way through. They scheduled it, they showed up, and they did what they were supposed to do. It’s hard to get people to show up when they say they’re going to show up. They were just doing roofing. I’d give them an A. I had a leaky roof and a tarp, and the guy went up there and did it for me. He was there for like two and a half hours, and he put the tarp up. I obviously did business with them, but the guy could have just told me, ‘Good luck putting your tarp up there.’ I have rental properties, and they’ve gone over there and done work over on both of those.

We reached out to Evans Roofing for an opinion on the state of our roof. Very responsive from the very first contact. Very friendly representative came to the house and gave us a detailed and honest consultation with recommendations on roof and facia maintenance. As per their assessment, no immediate work needed, but we will surely be reaching back out to Evans Roofing when the time comes for Maintenance.

The project manager spearheaded the project. If I saw any concerns, I could express them to him, and he readily found the solution or told me why something is done differently, so, in my opinion, he did not try to hide anything or say, ‘No, this can’t be done.’ If it’s something I noticed needed to be done differently, he didn’t try to say no up front. He had it resolved. That’s what I liked about the company and Hiro especially. He’s a cool temper of a guy. The only thing I could say had some slack was the process of the workman. I guess I can’t blame him because my city has to do things like inspections, so the work could not be completed in one full session. Let’s say they work two days. They’ve got to wait to get an inspection and the process, I guess. You have to give the city a date, a notification, and then they come next day, and then they have to do something on the property, so that’s the only disappointment, but when he explained to me what was happening, I fully understood his position. That’s the only disagreement I would have with them. I would still give him an A. I think what he did was very good work. The only thing that affected the progress of the work is the delay by the city’s inspector, but once they had the clearance of the inspector to go ahead, he’s on the job trying to complete it.

I have used 5 roofing companies in Broward county over the past 40 years and Evans Roofing is by far the BEST!
The sales person Rick was professional, showed up on time and answered his phone. When I asked for a larger tarp since my roof was leaking, he showed up and spent 2 hours on the roof himself because the crews were not immediately available.
The price is fair and the work was outstanding!
The entire job is supervised by a project manager, Roger who always answered his phone and responded to my requests 5 times immediately.
The entire job was completed in 4 weeks from permitting when I was told 6 to 8 weeks depending on tile availability.
Even after completion and fully paid for, Roger returned when I called since one of the roof vents was stuck and he fixed it on the spot.
I have owned 6 homes (4 were new built) and never had a construction experience go so well with no hassles or frustration.
My new roof looks beautiful and I’m a very satisfied customer.
I give to Evans Roofing my highest recommendation without reservation.

It’s been a while, but they’ve done some work for me. It was amazingly positive. They stuck to their schedule for one thing. They actually without me asking they volunteered information that let me know they could reduce the price, a discount, without me even asking. That was pretty awesome. The work they did was great. They did it in the timeline they said they were going to do it. ‘We’re going to spend 2 hours here, nothing more, nothing less and haul everything away and I’ve had work done on my house by them probably 3 or 4 times. They are all around a thumbs up. It’s been a little bit of a repair and new roof. They were repairing my roof, not the entire roof, and replacing quite a chunk of it. It was definitely an A+. I guess them telling them me about the discount was pretty cool and they did it multiple times. I’ve recommended them 3 times already and have used them 3 times myself.
